Catfish II

The Catfish keep coming. I just want to meet good real people. I keep trying and they keep lying. I feel like I should journal all of my Catfish encounters but I am afraid that would just encourage more of them to contact me. I think that the BDSM lifestyle has become the latest sexual fantasy craze inflamed by the 50 Shades books and movies. People seem to use this site to fulfill their fantasies. It is really sad that people will go to the lengths of creating fake profiles so they can trick strangers into false relationships just to get their rocks off. I feel like I should get a 900 number or a cam site so at least I would get paid for my time and not have any expectations.

Catfish

I am writing this rant because I was recently catfished. Just because I am a Dom does not mean that I can't be hurt.

When i joined this site I was amazed at the high percentage of scammer profiles. Luckily they are fairly easy to spot. Most can be spotted just by looking at the profile the rest reveal themselves in 2-3 messages.

Catfish are another story. Scammers just want your money or info. they can sell but Catfish are emotional vampires. I can understand stealing money but I don't get pretending to build a relationship with someone you have no intention of ever meeting?

I consider myself an expert in catfishing as I was even catfished before the Internet (yes I was catfished in person, long story). Still I don't understand why people do it. I've been catfished from this site twice recently. Both girls ghosted me when I pushed to meet/video chat after saying they couldn't wait to meet me.

If after exchanging a few messages we find that we have mutual interest I will expect to meet in person if you are local. If you are not local I will expect to video chat. All modern phones, tablets, laptops have video chat capability. If you don't have one borrow a friends, go to an Internet cafe or even a phone store or Best Buy and call from there. This is just a prequel to meeting in person. I don't do online for months. If we have a connection I expect to meet asap. If you don't please don't waste my time.
