I am here to cull out ideas for my Training Programme, which is; for nearly a decade I have supervised carefully screened and selected gentlemen for domestic positions with up and coming young women. I am not here to recruit.
Training focuses on his ability to please, pamper, and pleasure his employer, and to be an asset to her. For a number of reasons much of his employment will be in the role, status, and place of a female, therefore his ability to pass as a female visually, with emphasis on feminine demeanor and deportment, voice, and learning the skills and duties of a domestic are essential. The purpose of his training is to free the employer's time, energy, and if possible, resources so she may pursue, unimpeded, that which is important to her. without the drama, fantasy, distraction, and hassle that accompanies so many relationships.
