I have a dream to take over a villa with my secretary. We would live there with our servants, all contribute to the running of the villa through work and service. A 1930's era charm school meets old chateau. All students and servants would have to contribute in some way to the finances, of course. We brook no loafers. 

You would assist in all aspects of my daily life, from dressing me, serving me. Care of my gowns. Assisting with my hair. Massage. Adoration. Strict punishment if you were to misbehave. Think of a chateau, 200 years ago. I am your Madame. Your job is to fulfill my needs and desires. Should I not be absolutely perfect, it is a stain on your soul and honour. At the same time, for those with businesses, (and I do have a few in a similar position to you) They would stagger their work times somewhat so that I at least have one attendant at all times. 

This isnt supposed to be an exploitative thing, but a life style community for the kinkily inclined. An oasis from the modern world.

My idea of control is that I own you, body and soul. You live with and work for me. If I chose to make you dig up the yard, or work for a friend, you do it, and to the best of your ability. If I chose to have you serve me in the house, you do it. If I chose to make you furniture, your heart swells with pride to have my feet on your back. If I choose to lock you in a cage in a dark corner of the cellar simply on a whim, you count the seconds until I release you. If I, or one of my associates decides to punish you, you accept it proudly and bravely as a real man should, for to take the last without a whimper is the sign of a slave with pride.
