I have read many complaints about mistreatment or a less than desireable parting. I wonder where the problem starts. Is it a bi-product of the asymmetric power relationship, a lack of clarity from the "s", or blindness from the "D" and a general lack of concern for anyone elses happiness? I don't think that the point to this kind of power or leadership is misogyny or a win/loose situation. Am I wrong?
