Had both eye lense replaced over the past 4 weeks with progresive lenses. It is a joy to now be able to read without glasses after almost 30 years of reading with glasses. New lenses are good for near and far vision, and eyesight is now 20/20 well worth the effort. Now I am waiting for the bill to come in, and will be able to see it nice and clear. lol

Last four weeks have been busy and now finally there is time to slow down and breathe. My submissive underwent Gastric Bypass Surgery and is doing well, losing some 30 pounds within two weeks. Already she has benefited from the surgery no longer taking insulin and other medications for diabetes, which is now under control. Main point now is to be sure she sticks to the dietary plan and start an exercise program to build up endurance and strength. When she reaches her goal weight she gets a nice leather corset to show off in. Next will be my turn!

Why do people insist on using dark colored or shaded backgrounds with black text? Which makes reading very difficult if not near impossible. Use a light background or use a light colored text so there is high contract to make reading easy.
