Well. here goes nothing .
Hello there, Im Lyravain. To those of you who are wondering, this mean wolf spirit in Elven (I embrace my dorkishness to its fullest extent). I chose this name because I identify greatly with the wolf and find them to be a wondrous and amazing creature. Their loyalty and love for those they consider their pack is something to be inspired by and to strive for, as well as their fierceness and intellectual capabilities. I try to emulate many of their traits as I grow into the person I am hoping to be.
Now, to move on from why I chose my name, lol. I am relatively new the lifestyle of BDSM and all it encompasses. I have known of my interest in the lifestyle for a good many years, but have not taken it any further than watching some videos and reading a lot of smut . I am extremely eager to learn everything I can about this new world I have finally decided to investigate. I am doing my own research on all the things that catch my attention, but any productive guidance would be happily welcomed.
At the moment, I see myself more as a sub (or possibly a brat) rather than any of the other roles I have looked into, but am willing to at least explore others to see what fits me best. Explore is the name of the game for me at this time. The more I try, the more I learn what I like, dont like, as well as what my soft and hard limits are. I can be super shy when first speaking to people, especially in regards to sexual things, but give me a little time and patience and Ill probably be talking your ear off.

As of yet, Im not exactly sure what specifically Im looking for other than meeting like minded people, trying out new things, and possibly a long term relationship if I meet the right person. Though having someone to help guide and teach me would be very welcome as well.
And that, for now, will be the end of my ramblings. Im looking forward to talking to and meeting new friends as well as getting to know myself on a deeper and more intimate level.
