	Somewhat new to the lifestyle, but not born yesterday. Just here looking around for now. I have a good, well balanced life where I take care of my child, keep an eye on my elderly parents, work hard at a job that I'm good at and pays the bills, and spend some time with friends. I identify as a bottom rather than a submissive. What I do enjoy is the sensations of physical SM games....spanking, flogging, some bondage (bondage is limited due to an old injury), that kind of thing. I'm a mild to moderate masochist. I also very much tend to be the caregiver in a relationship as long as it's reciprocal and appreciated. In order for me to be comfortable with play, trust and being in a relationship with that person is a must. I am my own person and in charge of my own life, always. If I bring someone into my life, he adds to that balance and doesn't take away from it, period. I have my priorities straight and you don't get to jump to the head of the line just by thumping your chest and demanding it. If you're more than 10 years older than me and don't live close by, I'm not going to be interested in you. I'm not going to travel to meet you and frankly I don't want you traveling here to meet me. I'm not in the least interested in married/involved/poly/whatever men - I am monogamous only and no, I'm not interested in women.

Some thoughts after my first couple days on collarspace....

I put up my profile with one line because honestly, I'm not 100% sure of what I'm looking for as yet. Over the first weekend, I ended up with 25+ pages of emails, most of which I'm not going to read - I just don't have that kind of spare time as I have a life offline....plus most of them are from guys way older and on the other side of the country.
