also there are warning signs and as the man stated he should have cut her down earlier. People need to communicate more, im very vocal witi my partner, if i think the ropes are to tight i will tell him. He does checks on the rope every few minutes to make sure circulations is still there. These are things that should be happening to prevent situations like that. Rant over :) |
