You come to me because you can't get me out of your head. You crave my attention, although you may never get it. You find yourself having thoughts like "I just want her to be happy" and "I don't care about anything else but her". You can feel yourself becoming more and more obsessed but there is nothing you can do about it because the more you fight it the more it consumes you. I sweetly smile in your direction and you stop breathing because for one mere second your hopes are so high...and the fall from that height is dangerous. So you keep coming back to keep yourself floating. You love to see me happy. You love to spoil me. You would not dare tell me no. You hold me above all else because that is what I deserve. You sacrifice everything just to see that smile that slowly kills you.
