Well, it has been slightly over a year since I joined this site.  In this time, I've met some significant people in my life:

-my current roommates, who are very nice people!

-my girlfriend from Dec thru March, who is a wonderful woman!  (She and I have decided to take our relationship to "just friends" at this time...neither of us was feeling as much passion as we were seeking in a relationship pointed toward growing into a loving, lifetime relationship.)

So, I am "back on the market" (when I'm not working in my pressure-cooker job)

I must say, that my story is a very typical "submissive male" story, in that in my Professional life I make one decision after another, and must be very authoritative and demanding of most all I am in contact with.  Therefore, when I am out of that Monday to Friday 8-5 world, I really find the need for balance.  And for me, that balance is NOT telling others what to do...but rather to relinquish all of that control.

I'm hoping to find the woman who my personal life will revolve around outside of work.  The woman I "land" with is someone comfortable taking the lead in the relationship.  Confident, great with people, knows how to interact with the vanilla world, etc.

I have met someone here on the CM site.  I am very happy to be spending lots of time getting to know her better.

What is it with all of the pictures by Dominant Women giving the middle finger to the camera?  What is the motivation on their part?

• Does this represent how they would feel about a submissive?  They want to say "Fuck you" to someone who would serve/please them?
• Do they think that slave types who find humiliation exciting would find such a picture a turn on?  I can't wrap my mind around that.  I mean, I am as into humiliation as the next person.  But seeing a woman giving me the finger doesn't "do it."  Sorry.  LoL

To each his own.  I'm just wondering what the women posting such imagery think it says about them to those they are "advertising" to here on CollarMe.
