Romantically? I am new to polyamory, but I realize that I've been polyamourous my whole life. I should not have compromised so long, but I really wasn't accepting of myself to begin with, much less would I have been with a less-accepted romantic lifestyle.

It takes time for me to move to the point of actual sex, as flirty as I might be early on, I will generally only take it so far as heavy makeouts cuddling and spooning until I reach a point where I feel I can trust the person. I'm only compatible with clean, drug and disease free, always willing to let me wear protection people. If you're allergic to latex, you should be providing your own form of safety.
