I run to relax. I tend to just pound out the miles in my own inimitable style, occasionally doing a marathon, half marathon or fun run just for a bit of excitement.
Otherwise I enjoy good food, good wine, good conversation. I hate crowded and noisy pubs and the local 'scene'. I like the theatre although I hate opera.

Big decisions today. Do I have a swim and a sauna this morning and a walk and a picnic this afternoon, or vice versa?
Whatever the decision I'm having my manicure and pedicure this evening.
