Do you ever wonder "Why bother?"
For me, relationships in the "lifestyle" have been very fleeting, and all of them have failed. Dont get me wrong, I have tons of friends, and I am grateful for every one of them, but I can never seem to make it work beyond the friendship. I dont understand what I'm doing wrong.. Gah! I am so tired of only being good enough to be the "friend". I'm tired of so-called "Doms" on here only seeing me as some subby little fuck toy. I am MORE than that. I am a human being, with feelings, hopes, desires, needs...Why do Doms think that the word "submissive" automatically means they can degrade you, right off the bat? I hate getting emails from men I dont know that say "Hi slut" in the first line. I understand the meaning of the word Dominant, but I also understand the meaning of the words respect and courteous. If I have no clue who you are, show a little respect and get to know me first. If I know you personally, thats a different story. |

They say patience is a virtue...I guess it's a rare one then. I hate it when you tell someone you need them to be patient with you, that you need time and at first, they agree with you, and are perfectly ok with giving you that time. Time to sort out your feelings, to get over old emotions, break old habits, to figure out how to let them in..And then at the drop of a hat, they can't wait any longer. They agree to give you time, but what they don't say is, it has to be on THEIR time. You have to figure it all out when its good and convinient for THEM, not for you. BULLSHIT! Apparently my slightly dominant streak is a "circumstance beyond control". And being independent makes me a bad switch/submissive. FUCK YOU! |

what makes you happy/mad/sad.? Random acts of kindness make me happy. I love putting a smile on someones face. Ignorance and narrow-mindedness makes me mad. So do people that think they know everything. Being alone makes me sad. Coming home to an empty apartment every day and falling asleep alone...It sucks. Seeing people in pain makes me sad..(the bad kind of pain that is)
What type of person are you? Im a very caring and compassionate person. -chuckles- A lot of my male friends think I'm abnormal because I'm female and I'm *mostly* sane. I'm very laid back, down to earth and fun loving. Like I said, I love to make people laugh, and Ive been told I have a great sense of humor.
what does submission mean to you? Submission to me means love, loyalty and devotion. It means I am giving the most sacred and precious part of me to someone. I cannot fully submit myself to someone if I know they do not want my heart.
What would you expect from your man? I would expect Him to be loyal to me, honest, caring but firm, willing to communicate, loving, patient...
How long have you been in the lifestyle? Ive known about the lifestyle for about 6 years now, but Ive only been active in it since September of 2008.
Where do you see yourself 10 years from now? Hopefully with someone that loves me and in a stable career..Where that leads me, I dont know
How long have you known you were submissive? At first, i thought i was a switch, but i KNOW now that i am just a stubborn submissive-chuckles-How experienced are you in being a sub? I'm not very experienced, but I am very willing and eager to learn.
Do you believe in yourself? Sometimes I do, and sometimes I need a swift kick in the ass to remind me.

Goal You Would Like To Achieve This Year? Losing the rest of the weight that I've been steadily dropping for the last year. I would love to go back to school for Massage Therapy, but that depends on my hands..
Your Best Physical Feature? My eyes and smile...They're what I get the most compliments on.
What attracts you first in someone of the opposite sex? Their approachability and their smile. I wont approach someone that I feel is cold and emotionless. They gotta show SOMETHING. I'm not a hugely emotional person, but I need to feel a connection with someone.
What physical feature most attracts you to the opposite sex? Hands....I love the strength in a Man's hands. And his smile...There's a warmth there that you cant hide...and its nice to see.
What is your best feature? Hmmm, I would have to say my sense of humor, and my empathic nature. I'm a very compassionate person. Sometimes it gets me in trouble, and sometimes I get my heart broken.
If you could build your house anywhere, where would it be? Back in North Carolina, in the mountains. I love nature!
Do you believe in love at first sight? I dont know. I've never had that happen to me.
What is your favorite season? Fall. I love watching the leaves change color and curling up infront of a fire with someone I care for.

do you like to cook? I love to cook. And I love cooking for people. Lol I use my friends as guinea pigs sometimes to test out my recipies. I love to bake too.
Which do you like best – sunsets or sun rises? Sunsets. I love the darker colors...And then looking out over the city lights at night.
Do you enjoy walks on the beach or swimming? I love both. I'm kinda a romantic at heart, but I try not to let my mind wander too much with unrealistic fantasies that only happen in romance novels.
Do you enjoy dancing? I love to dance, but I'm shy about it.
What is the first thing you think of
when you wake up? That I'm going to make this day better than the last and that I refuse to let anyone stand in the way of that.
If you could have any job you wanted what would it be? I want to work with special needs children. They have so much love...and are an inspiration to me. They are so selfless and caring, right off the bat, no judgements, no hesitation. |
