So to honor myself on my progress on getting a slimmer waist i have bought some corsets some overbust and a few underbust and one of them i'm wearing right now. i know its not all of you who wants a sub or slave who likes to wear corsets, but i do. My ideal size corset hopefully in the near future maybe in a couple of years would be a size 2 but i would be pleased with a size 8-10 but one could have dreams. it may not be practical to get that size but its important to set a goal for something to work to.

talk a long walk each evening or ride my bike

I have had a couple of hard weeks before my exams, and i'm struggling to get back too all that that written to me in that time and haven't got a reply. rest assure i will get back to you soon.

my training plan is as this:

get up at 06.00 fetch my bike and go for 37 km ride (app. 1 hour)

go to the gym at 11.30 workout / weight training for 90 min - 2 hours 

if the sun is shining go and tan my body from 14.00 - 16.00

fetch my bike at 16.30 and go for 37 km ride (app. 1 hour)

at 22.00 I say good night 

Diet plan:

Breakfast: whole grain with skimmed milk or (skyr, lots of proteins), some sugar, fruit, and water. maybe one cup of either coffee or Tea. 

fruit, nuts and or vegetables between training periods.

Lunch: 125 gram of fish or chicken or egg whites with the double amount (size) of vegetables.

afternoon snack: don't know yet, if any have a good advice please tell me (but at least there would need to be some protein in it)

Dinner: same as lunch, but with some more protein.

for drinking only water, at special days, such as my birthday "7-13-1981" wine is allowed. 

Daily intake 

1600-1800 calories 

Daily burn 

4000-5000 calories 

normal intake for a man or women is around 12000 KJ or around 2000 calories
