Second bedroom for rent that is approx. 12 x 12, in the Ellicott City / Columbia area in a great neighborhood that’s quiet, but still near and major highway and just a few minutes from downtown Columbia and the Columbia Mall.
The roommate will have access to the common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.), the washer and dryer in the unit and the shared bathroom. All rooms have been recently painted. Floors, bathrooms and kitchen professionally cleaned. The unit is on the second floor and sits behind a secured door to the building, so no worries about door to door salesmen. The unit is also non-smoking inside, but has its own balcony and cats are welcome.
First months rent and security deposit ($725 each) is due is required before moving in, rent is due on the 1st of the month. and utilities will be agreed upon between roommates. Interested parties will be referred to the landlord for further information and may be subject to a background check performed through USAA.
