I've been getting a lot of questions about Hypnosis lately so I wanted to answer some of them here.
- Does Hypnosis actually work?
Yes. I have successfully used it on many people over the years, both for the purposes of play within the lifestyle and also for therapeutic reasons.
- Does Hypnosis work on everyone?
No. Though it works on most people.
- What is a trance state?
A trance state is a state of mind where your mind is more relaxed and receptive to suggestion. It's a natural state that your mind enters every time you fall asleep and every time you wake up.
- Can someone be forced to do something under hypnosis?
Not really. If one wants to invest enough time and work and gain enough of someone's trust, then you might be able to convince someone that what they are doing is not as bad as what they would normally think but rarely is that worth the trouble.
- How do you use Hypnosis in BDSM?
There are a lot of ways. Subspace and trance state share many similarities, so it can be easier to help a submissive/slave reach subspace. It can also be used to allow someone to more freely live a fantasy without the hangups that come from how society thinks we should act.
- What are triggers?
Triggers are combination of words or actions that will "trigger" a reaction in someone even when they are not under hypnosis. So a word or action can cause a subject to have an orgasm or to not suddenly feel aroused or feel the need to masturbate.

What can you do with hypnosis?
With a willing subject, just about anything. A hypnotized subject can be remade for a time into a kitten, a sex-crazed schoolgirl or a massively aroused bundle of hormones.
Or you can make her remove one item of clothing everytime she hears a word or a phrase without realizing she's doing it. It is the ultimate power trip for both the hypnotizer and the hypnotized subject.

I have received several emails with questions about hypnosis and this seems like the perfect place to answer some of them.
What is hypnosis?
For what I do, it's putting someone into a trance state so that suggestions can be made that they can choose to follow or not. This trance state is nothing unique, it's just a state between waking and sleeping that you probably go through every time you sleep. In fact, if you've ever found yourself half awake and half dreaming, you've been there.
Can you make someone do something they don't want to do under hypnosis?
The short answer is no. For the nitpickers out there, however, it is possible to do but it takes a hell of a lot of work. Let's say you wanted to have a vegetarian eat meat. First, you'd have to hypnotize them quite a lot and them attempt to have them believe that the hamburger is a soyburger. Then you'd have to get them to eat it without having any of their senses wake them up to the fact they are eating meat.
Most importantly, they will hate you for it when they find out and they will never trust you and not go under again. It's the hypnotic equivalent of rape and not worth the effort involved.
What can you do under hypnosis?
All sorts of things. My favorite is to implant triggers, words or actions that make the person do things, and My favorite two are to instigate instant arousal at a phrase and intense orgasms at another.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
No. Even people who can be hypnotized can be somewhere that they won't go under. If something is keeping you from being relaxed, hypnosis is more difficult.
