So after giving it some thought I have discovered that I was being sexist. Afterall if the mens World Cup Futbol team had lost they way the women did I would have said, "Choke."

But since it was the womens team I was actually willing to give it a pass.

So I've been wondering lately about sleeping patterns. I sleep when I can, no set schedule too much work, etc. But when do most people sleep? And how many hours? Are you more fit if you sleep more? Are you more successful if you sleep less?

My grandfather had his own thoughts on sleep. On the occasion of my 15th birthday he said to me, "Son, where ever you go in this world remember one thing; if you're not in bed by 10 o'clock...go home!"

Death in the Afternoon

Lots of work lately. Feel like I haven't slept in days but I am going on 3 hours sleep per night and surprised that I can function. Have notice that the more tired I get the hornier I get.
