Welcome to the profile for the HoMB, or in it's longer form, House of Mourning Blade.
This profile has been set up to serve a few purposes.
-To explain the real life House.
-To explain the chat room.
-To outline the necessary steps to be a part of the House, whether you wish RL or VT participation.
-To outline the rules while you visit the House, either in RL or VT.
-To serve as a method of contact with House members and to get all questions answered about the House.
House Mission Statement:
The purpose of the House of Mourning Blade is to educate those that wish a higher degree of knowledge in BDSM. This can apply to Dominants, submissives, Goreans, or any other variety of people. We welcome all that are to some extent serious about wanting to learn more advanced disciplines and techniques. It is our goal to eventually have qualified teachers of all things. In this House, Dominants and submissves alike can be teachers. Those who do not accept this may turn back now.
The House(RL):
The House of Mourning Blade is located in Jacksonville, FL and is a modest residence where Telka is HeadMistress. You can read Her profile under "Telka" on this site.
The House(VT):
You can join the virtual House of Mourning Blade in the CM Chat Rooms by either finding it on the list, or by connecting via an IRC client and typing /join #HouseofMourningBlade.
The Chat room is designed for those that want something more than the stereotypical chat exerience. We will be hosting classes to discuss training methods and techniques, and will allow scening for training purposes to a degree. However, this room is NOT for cyber sex. Those who are found using it to troll, or harass our Members will be BANNED. Though with our screening process outlined below, it will be our goal to protect all participants from those sorts.
How to become part of the House:
You will send an email to this account with the following information:
Role:(ie Dominant/sub/slave/Old Guard/etc.)
A description of what you feel you will bring to this House.
What you feel you can teach others.
What you feel you need to learn to broaden your horizons.
Whether you are applying for RL or VT participation.
A note of interest to acquire the website for HoMB, to be read in it's entirety. This site will include all rules for both the RL and VT House of MourningBlade, and have general information, as well as Biographies of the House's members.
A copy of the test found on the site, with all questions answered, sent in a separate email.
A biography of yourself, in a seperate email to be included upon the pages. No real names or photos are mandatory.
Once all these things are on file, then we can officially say:"Welcome to the House"
