i am SO disappointed! i tried a new recipe last evening for dinner and it was a HUGE flop! Of course, Master Tim, being the wonderful Man that He is.....didn't really care. Well, it mattered to me. i do NOT like messing up food like that especially when He works SO hard all day and wants to come home to decent food. The mess up wasn't completely my fault, in my defense. O/our landlord hasn't gotten around to fixing O/our oven that has been broken since before Christmas! Still, i should've checked to make sure that i could use a convection oven instead of a "real" oven. i certainly won't make that mistake again. It hurts my heart when i do something like that.
