My Philosophy on D/s
D/s is a lifestyle choice and one that I embrace.
It is not based upon a fictional work such as "The Story of O" or a Sci-Fi novel written about Gor.
It is not about abuse or degradation. Being a Dominant does not give you the right to be domineering. Nor does being a submissive equate to being subservient. Anyone who tell you otherwise is using D/s as an excuse for their own selfish and sadistic gain.
For me, D/s is about the consensual power exchange between two individuals. It is about the intimate bond that is forged when both parties give of themselves for the purpose of pleasing the other (and in turn, pleasing them self).
It is the delicate dance of give and take where one loses all sense of them self, safe and secure in the knowledge that the other is there to catch and guide them.
In D/s, there is no right or wrong, only what the two parties deem to be safe, sane and consensual.
You do not have to agree with my lifestyle - but I do ask that you not judge me and I will return the favor.
Things To Know About Me
- I am collared and in a committed monogamous relationship, therefore I am not looking for a Dominant, Master, play partner or random sex.
- I do love to meet other like-minded individuals so feel free to say "hi".
- I am a very open and out spoken individual. I tend to speak my mind, but try to do so in a polite and respectful manner.
- I have a dark, twisted and slightly warped sense of humor. I do not take myself or others too seriously. If you come across as over bearing, be advised that I may poke at you ... this is not meant as any disrespect but just how I am.
