At this time I am not searching for a partner. To me, there are different levels of "play," and at this time, anything that I would consider "intimate" (physically, emotionally, or mentally) I will not partake in. I build my relationships based on the quality of the person before considering any capacity of what we might be able to do together is considered. What I am searching for although are friends, Dom & Sub, Masochist & Sadist, Young & Old, Strait & Gay, and everyone in between, who share common interest with me. I am strait, but I have no qualms helping a true friend out in a time of need. I am a very visual person. Meeting people here is nice, but I will not actually think I know you unless I see your face, your eyes, and how you respond to me. I have sadistic tendencies, but only if it gets a response out of the person I am with, which is to both of our likings. I am cautious. My experience is only from what I know about myself (which so far is a great deal), from what I've read, and from my past relationships. I am also excessively overly protective of my friends. This is even more so when talking about someone I am in a relationship with, because I believe my partner to be mine. I do not like the idea of sharing. Because of this, I am not too fond of the idea of swinging, but I enjoy the principle and understand that many do enjoy it. I enjoy many forms of play that I am familiar with. You will need to get to know me to find out what I have experience with. I am always trying to learn, and want to (at least) know of all types of play. Here are a few things that I am currently trying to learn more about, and would like to have help if possible from someone with experience!
  • ~Throwing a long bull-whip, 12-foot+. I currently live in an apartment where space for practice is very limited.
I have a number of fetishes. I am the sort of person who analyzes every aspect of myself to try and better understand why I like specific things, which then typically leads me to discovering new things I like. I could list these in order of potency and my own response to them, but instead will require those who are curious to ask me. Other bits about me & things I do and or enjoy;
  • ~Science. I am a biochemistry major from Marshall, although I am still trying to make use of the degree. I am an on-and-off nursing student, but am currently spending a great amount of time taking care of a member of my family, thus I am somewhat "stuck" in Huntington. It is my choice.
  • ~Cooking, I am trying to learn how to be better, but I am terrible.
  • ~Personal fitness. I want to live my life as long as possible. I'm not a meat-head, but I try my best to maintain my health.
  • ~Playing my preferred musical instrument, but this is a vent for unwanted emotions. It would be best if even my closest friends did not see this thing in my hands. I had gone a few years without having to touch it until recently..
  • ~Games - some video games (sega fanboy - my Saturn is my baby!) card games (I'm a nerd and love mtg but am fond of most card games), and board games...somewhat. I have one single old board game that I have enjoyed for a while now - Spy vs Spy. I am a fan of Antonio Prohías, and all of his work, even if it is translated into a silly board game.
  • ~Art. I'm an art junkie - I enjoy sketching, although I'm terrible, but I am a fanatic for seeing what other people's minds translate to paper and media. The more surreal, the better chance of me enjoying.
  • ~Reading. I am a scientist at heart, so most of my books are rather dorky in nature. I do enjoy a few classics, but recently I've been on a Holmes binge rereading all of the originals. I could make a large list of authors, but that all seems pointless when all it takes is a glimpse of a bookcase. I prefer reading hardcover books, but I do have a Kindle, which is growing on me.
  • ~Craftsmanship (soldering, wood work, etc). I'm just out of school, thus not as financially stable as I would like to be. I dream of the day of having my own workshop full of space and appropriate tools for actually constructing what I want. I like to build and fix things, and customizing what things I already have. Most of my current furniture has been rebuilt to my own desires and liking. For an example, look at the picture of my bed. I've done everything from rewiring a chandelier and recrafting an entertainment system, to building a custom antique video game console with more wireless gadgets than even the newest ones.
