Hello Everyone! I am a redhead slave, but when I created a profile here I received hundreds of messages in less than an hour, some quite mean, so I deleted my account right away! (quite scary). Please, I need your help to make Collarspace fix this terrible website! It will help everyone by making it safer for us girls to create profiles here. Please, copy and paste everything below the dotted line and create a trouble ticket on the “support” page. If enough people do this, Collarspace will have to fix this site! I am sorry, but I cannot keep an eye on this account and will not read messages until this site is better. Thank You! Amy --------------- 1) Get rid of the "New Users" column! When a woman gets a couple of hundred emails in the first hour, the first thing she is going to do is close her account or never sign on again. 2) Add the ability to delete multiple “Who's Viewing Me” entries all at once, with check boxes, like messages. 3) Institute a TCP/IP address check. Not an email address check (although you should only allow one account per email address), but more than that. (A) Check the TCP/IP address of the logon and only allow that address to access that one account for 24 hours. (B) Further, an overseas TCP/IP address is not from Nebraska - compare addresses with the location specified on the account and delete fakes - google maps checks IP address, you can, too. As it is now, someone in a foreign country can automatically logon to dozens or hundreds of accounts using a simple HTML s-c-r-i-p-t, over and over again, searching ads and sending emails. 4) Implement some sort of optional verification system. You could even charge for it. I'd pay to verify I am who I say I am and get a gold star on my profile. Lot's of ways you could do this - receipt of a named encryption certificate, public email database, etc, but paying a little with a credit card works the best and gets the site some money. 5) Remove the column on the “sent mail” page that shows when an email was read or deleted unread. When a jerk sees that their email was ignored or read and not replied to, they often get incredibly abusive. If it was deleted unread, even more so. There is no reason a sender should have this information. After all, when you send a regular email the sender never knows when or if the recipient reads it unless they request a return receipt and that is considered bad form. The Collarspace system basically is forcing “return receipt”. Right now you're just encouraging women to keep hundreds of pages of emails, which bogs down your system, takes space and means we might miss an email we actually do want to read. 6) Remove the “who's viewing me” page entirely. When a jerk sees that a woman has viewed his profile, he often takes that as some sort of consent to abuse us. There is no reason to keep digital “fingerprints” of what profile a woman views on CollarSpace and absolutely no reason to tell a potential jerk that she has viewed his profile. If you want, you can display a counter of views or something like that so people know how popular their profile is, but the identity of the viewer should never be disclosed. 7) Consider having new accounts restricted to a few emails a day until they are activated by referral. Referral Officers can be CollarSpace users with some time on the site. Allow users of the site the power to police the site. Allow some “super users” with higher account delete powers - people that have been active here for awhile and received some sort of “points.” 8) Add a radial button when someone clicks on “Report Message” that is labeled “Harassment” and permanently delete the sender's account if they get only five of these in any 30 day period. 9) Either completely remove the BDSM Activities and Interests or display them when a profile is displayed. Right now they are completely useless and only results in mis-communications.

Thank you so much for everyone that had something nice to say!  Thank you even more to everyone that sent in trouble tickets!

I am signing off now and will not sign in again, but please keep sending in those requests for changes.  We can make this a better site!

Please be nice!

Yes, this site is free, but so is Facebook, Twitter and everything else and we require them to change their sites all the time.  This site is owned by Penthouse - they can afford to fix it.

If something has always been wrong, it doesn't mean we "just have to deal with it".  Making things better is what we people do.  Or can do.
