The Masters only obligation to His property is feeding it, training it for pleasure and service, giving it direction and protection from the choices life imposes on real Men.
slave wishes to be trained as obedient property, and to be kept chaste for ever, so that all its energy and sense of purpose is directed at taking care of MASTER's needs, HIS well being and pleasure. Chastity could initially be achieved with a regular cage.
At some point, MASTER may decide to castrate His slave to make its unmanly condition irreversibly, and deeply imprinted in its mind. Always docile, and focused on service. Castrated servant and slave property for life. That drastic action is within HIS RIGHTS, but it shouldn't take place until it becomes clear that the slave is the right fit for the MASTER, after a reasonable length of time, or not at all.
slave understands that, once MASTER has accepted it as HIS slave, and taught it to accept its nature as the property of REAL MEN, Master could always loan it, or share it on a regular basis, as part of constantly reinforcing its sense of obedience, debasement, and the desired frame of mind chosen for it by HIM. The master could also keep slave to Himself alone, as a servant, companion/pet.
A third choice would always be to sell/gift the slave to another MASTER. slave having no say on the matter. slave only begs MASTER that, if HIS decission is to gift or sell the slave, the transfer be made to another assertive WHITE MASTER, with similar inclinations and personality, but it also accepts that, as a slave-property, it has no say on the matter, and it will obey any decission MASTER makes for it, and be grateful for MASTER'S taking the responsability upon Himself, and making the best, most coldly rational and unfeeling decission possible for His unmanly, property-slave to continue and deepen it's furher developement as a total slave.
