Me... I was born in North Carolina.. yet i grew up in Europe.. It was amazing growing up there.. So rich in culture.. its nothing to see the elderly (75-85) getting up at 5am.. working in the fields/garden.. they are hard working people.. I miss the food.. I do plan to visit again soon.. maybe next summer.. I have a deep passion for cooking.. I LOVE to cook.. and i think i do pretty good.. : o ) I also enjoy restoring old cars and homes as well..
