"Punishment" for me is an interesting and arousing role play although I have always to force myself to accept his decision. Not a physical discipline, but a mental punishment is what we are looking for.

I am just reading an interview with the actress Sandra Bullock: "To my opinion discipline is an expression of love. I had a rather strict mother. ... But, punishment is for eveyone (not just the children). When the kids make a mistake they receive "corner time", and I have do the same in case of misbehaviour ..."

Three years ago on Christmas eve my husband stood there, holding what appeared to be a long sleeved dress made of very heavy grey wool, mixed with fuzzy mohair. It was floor length and the coarse wool added to the discomfort. “This is your new punishment dress. Whenever you are bad, you will be sentenced to a certain number of hours in it.” And it is not only that it is itchy and uncomfortable, what is worse is that everyone seems to be looking at me when I am wearing it. In my mind it is obvious to everyone that I am being disciplined and that is absolutely humiliating - although to most people who don't know the background the dress willl only look a bit strange.
