My whole Adult life, I have been both a LEADER and a DOMINANT.

Usually all flows very well – As Long as:
1) The Household is Properly Run; and
2) Everyone is 100% COMMITTED, LOYAL & FAITHFUL to only those within the
Household.

All of the above would combine to raising income; as well as the reduction of costs. In addition, I am also a rather good negotiator, with excellent references from highly-respected people; plus have several other measures available to me.
I have in the past been a very successful ‘Work-a-holic businessman and could be so again – but already having worked close to 2 lifetimes of work. Sadly massively so – Thus currently the stronger pull within my life is to achieve a far better ‘Lifestyle’ balance that I previously took the time to have. Such a property has endless ‘flexible options’ and an ‘Outside-the-Square thinker (like myself) is always ‘Creative’ in ensuring that all outcomes are achieved!
However as ‘Master’, I will NOT be taken advantage of. My history shows numerous ‘Con-men’ attempting, but each coming a massive cropper, in the end!
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE OVER 18 (Evidence will be kept on file). In addition - As ought to be normal standard practice in Every D/s Relationship – Initial meetings will focus heavily upon getting to know (and understand) you – Far Better than you already know yourself – Such is Critical in any D/s Relationship, where a T.P.E. Occurs. In order to assist both parties, extensive notes & follow-up tasks will be allocated. From this Personality Profiling the Successful Applicants will be chosen; Their role & purpose within the Household allocated as well as formalised in writing.
