Update: Had an amazing 3 and a half pound loss this week. I've been tracking my food on MFP, so definitely think that helped :)

My name is Fattyslavegirl. I am on a journey to lose a lot of weight and hopefully become hotter and healthier :) Over the past 4 months I have lost over 4 stone. I have done this mostly by joining a weight loss group and changing my diet.
