Hi! I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I'm a very open minded person, looking to make some friends, meet some interesting people in my vicinity, to hopefully have some fun with those that share my interests and tastes. I especially enjoy people who are intelligent and/or creative, and can hold a conversation. The type of person who isn't afraid to admit they enjoy fantasy/RPG games, strategy games, and especially people who enjoy chess, or would at least like to learn. ...things in general that exercise both your creativity, and your cognitive abilities. You don't have to be a genius, just someone who tries to better themselves, or who is open to learning and guidance.
Ideally hoping to find a special person or couple to be close with. To elaborate, someone very down to earth, creative, open minded, caring, intelligent, honest and understanding. And very REAL. Someone who enjoys experimenting, exploring, and expanding their boundaries, in many ways.
Right now I would really like to make some good friends. No expectations necessarily, but not real limitations either. I'm open to whatever may become... just hoping to find some good people/person perhaps one very special person, and let that things evolve naturally.

I have never made use of this feature, so I thought that I'd break it in for the new year. I've been a member of this site, (well, the original CollarMe site rather) for a very long time. And I've gone stints of over 6 months, sometimes more, without visiting this site.
I have a tendency for verbosity, so enough rambling from me already.
I think I'd just like to add that I am certainly not just looking for a "hookup" here. First and foremost, I am looking to make friends. Now don't get me wrong here, I'm not saying I'm not looking for something more intimate. But that will only happen if I meet a person, we become friends, and our friendship grows into something blossoms into something beyond that naturally. Every person, and every relationship and the dynamics thereof are all unique.
I don't expect anyone to be perfect. We're all human; especially myself. I've always love saying "Perfect people aren't real, and Real people aren't perfect."
I also want to extend that because I am indeed looking for Friends, I AM open to Male friendships. Just keep in mind, and respect the fact that I am not gay, and have no expectations or ulterior motives in that area.
So, If you're a person, with who has similar interests, and just wants a friend to hang out with on occasion, play a game of chess, or cards, have a few beers and play Xbox some evening, go shoot pool, watch a movie (3D movies are awesome), bowling, or if you're not local, just chat, or play an online game... whatever comes to mind. :)
(This also applies to Women of course! It's all gender, sexuality, race, political, shoe size, anything... neutral here!)
