I never know what to write on these things. So: I'm not into 24/7 or servitude or a lot of fake posturing. If you're looking for someone who's all sweetness and light, you seriously need to keep looking, because I'm kind of a snarky bitch. My career is the most important thing in my life, and that's not going to change; if you have any problem with that, move right along.
What I'm really looking for is an assertive, intelligent, kind-hearted sadist to submit to. So I'm back in California again. There is good news though- this fall, I'm going to be moving to Tennessee to start work on my doctorate. I'm pretty damn excited about it.

I'm mostly writing a journal entry because my old one was ridiculously old.
I'm back in Mississippi after being in California for a few months, and I really miss it. It's been a rough patch for me lately, but things are starting to look up. But until they do, I'll be playing video games. |

School is extremely busy, which is no big surprise. At the moment, I'm finishing some papers and kicking back with a tasty beverage, as I am wont to do.

So, I pretty much never update. There's not a whole lot to say- school continues apace, and I just try and keep up.

Not directed at anybody, just random musings.
I get really sick of people who say "The lifestyle isn't this or that or the other." Blanket statements like this are inane. The lifestyle varies from person to person. The Goreans have ideas that are anathema to me, but you don't see me trying to kick them out of the BDSM clubhouse.
I think the only blanket statements you can really make about the lifestyle are that it isn't vanilla, and it isn't boring. And I, for one, like it that way. |
