To start with, I'm very new to this. Although this is the first time I've taken efforts to actively seek out people who are involved in this lifestyle I have been fascinated by D/s probably since I was 16 or 17. I was always so eager to please, and didn't really understand who wouldn't want to do all that they could to make their partners, friends or family members happy. I was definitely a good kid, doing what was asked, when it was asked.
Like most people do in their 20's I've spent the last several years learning more about myself. I've travelled, lived overseas, worked, studied and have a pretty good idea of who I am and what I want from life. I've learnt from the mistakes I made earlier on; I let people take advantage of my submissiveness and was hurt and confused when I didn't receive the same level of trust or care in return.
I'm still a people pleaser, generous with my time and affection, openminded, and love caring for those that care for me.
I'm really interested in exploring the serving side of submission - I have this fantasy of kneeling and washing and oiling the hands and feet of my Dom when he gets in from work. I also find pain can be cathartic and having a high pain threshold I would like to learn more about that. And, of course, the thought of been spanked gives me butterflies (good ones though).
