	******Sad days here. Sunday January 23, 2011 I brought becky home. There were warnings before that but I just didn't see it. But that happens if you can slow your enema flow down? Down to a drop or to 10 drops a second? Will you find it cramping or find you can relax as you take a very long enema? Looking at the sightglass and the bottle as it slowly empties into you, how would you feel? Oh punishments can take a long time now! Watching the white drops of your soapy enema slowly drip from the bag. Maybe your punishment may be doing housework while taking your enema? If your good maybe a petting during your enema or a spanking with your enema if your bad. Enemas can be taken fast or slow, hot coffee dripping on a piece of Ivory Soap, The bottle Hot to the touch but inside your colon cool to warm according to the drips from the sightglass.

Sitting here I'm thinking of going to bed with 32 oz of beer on a slow drip enema. So ressless tonight so wide awake. Thinking of how it all started, that little red bottle. How it changed my life.
