I had been communicating with unclamedslave and for some reason he has not read the email I sent him last Thursday the 13th. I called a couple of times and left messages but he has not returned my call either. I'm not sure what to think and hope that nothing bad has happened.

Difference between submission and slavery

These are not varying degrees of the same thing, but two completely separate concepts. Submission is the act of bending to the will of another more dominant person or group. Slavery is the complete loss of autonomy. A slave is always in a state of submission, but a submissive isn't necessarily a slave. The submissive becomes a slave when they give up their autonomy (or have it taken from them) and no longer has any choice but to submit.

Since I put this profile up I have chatted with a couple of guys who have been interested.  As I answered their question and asked a few of my own I realized that it might be a good time to create a journal entry.

I was contacted by someone who suggested that any contract would not be worth the paper it was written on. I have included my reply below and would be interested in receiving feedback on it.

The term "slave" is certainly socially unacceptable but indentured servants do exist today. Many people unintentionally place themselves in situations where they cannot loss their job or stop working for more than a couple of months. I'm sure you know a few?

What a contract offers is a document that specifically states what is expected from both parties and what is acceptable and provides a expiration date. I have owned slaves and find that many fantasize about being a slave but few truly understand what it means. Most want to be desired, needed, for their life to have a purpose or meaning and don't care about the other aspects. When you sit down and go over a contract and they are faced with the cold hard facts of what their life will be like and many change their mind.

The wording in the contract is very important as well; it can not contain any illegal activity and as long as it specifically states that the position requires nudity, fetish modeling, the use of their body to demonstrate BDSM impact toys such as floggers, canes and whips, etc, etc. That busing, possible scaring and or permanent marks may result from these activities and that they are not corseted in any way to sign the agreement.

Even sex can be included in the contract if it specifically states that they will be required to "perform" in pornographic movies and all sexual activity will be considered rehearsal for their "acting" role in the movie.

The contract will require them to live at the address specified, identifies the amount that they will paying for rent, food, and clothing. As long as their monthly salary is equal to and does not exceed the total monthly expenditures; everything will remain static for the term of the contract.

In the real world people sign bad contracts all the time and get taken advantage of by balloon payments, fine print, unread clauses and there is nothing they can do about it. I'm up front, go over everything in detail and there is NO surprises.

I have never heard of anyone challenging a slave contract in a court of law but if it was worded properly I believe that it would stand up as a signed legal document between consenting adults.
