I am pleased to say that last Wednesday night's Grapple Den Fetish Wrestling Party was a great success! (Wednesday, August 22)
I am going to paste a brief report I sent to fellow Doom Maidens on the subject:
Attendance was high. Something like 18-25 people over the course of the evening. Attendees were of quite varied demographics (relatively speaking). Hats off to our diversity, which brings us to promote all over the place. We had representatives from: fetish community people, session clients, pro-style guys, the lesbian boating club people, people we believed were from LSM, random people from who-knows-where, and of course Doom Maidens and Doom Guard.
Various Doom Maidens got pro sessions in during the event. This fetish party was indeed our "wrestling" version of a fetish party.
We had that very fun and excellent 4-way male tag team match: Zorikh & Hans vs Sempai Tem and Jason.
We had playful wrestling with Vetiver Lane & Courtney and Vetiver & Geisha Vi. We had "art" grappling to music with me and Vetiver. Hans and Vetiver went at it for a traditional mixed bout.
Veronica Vicious took on and beat up Barry. She then took on the free-stylist Mike for a *very* exciting pin-style match.
Hudson Cassidy and Jason went at it for no-gi, and then T and Hudson rolled for a gi match.
And I, Jolie Voltaire (your humble narrator), kicked off the night with a competitive match with a fellow who weighed in at around 320 lbs. I captured all submissions for that match. Got to love those arm locks.
What a great variety in types of matches!
And I do believe we had a nice taste of some spanking with a riding crop from Veronica's lovely apprentice Jungle Kitty. Need some more of that sort of thing, in my opinion. We also should consider some more "novelty" type matches with the "fetishy" theme. That can be discussed further later.
We received requests to have this event again. We certainly will do this again. Look for it to occur monthly. |
