This is a specific fantasy I'd like to make reality. It will only appeal to a very few submissives/slaves.
The idea is to completely remodel you into a fetish toy:
a) diet and exercise - to a lean, muscular physique. Working out accompanied by strict penalties for not sticking to schedule. If you're no more than 30lb overweight, you'd be losing all that.
b) corset training - depending on your physique, down to 16" to 18"
c) increasingly lengthy times wearing latex or rubber or leather, high heels, etc.
d) cosmetic surgery to achieve oversize breasts and appropriate facial appearance
e) such other use, e.g., caning, whipping, etc. as I feel like.
The end result - a completely fetishized and freakish physique.
As I said this will only appeal to very few subs/slaves - but to them it will be very appealing indeed.

FWIW after all the above, I'm a good and cultured companion - I do have a genuinely human side!
For a few of you, you might consider this an acceptable price for having no cares, no responsibility, and full relief from the pressures of the outside world.
