Back in November I posted that I didn't understand people just ... disappearing... I mean, They are still on the site- they login, you can see that much... but they just stop talking without an explanation.  I am really getting disturbed by this pattern of rudeness that seems to be taking over our society.  A simple "thanks but no thanks" goes a long way in terms of being polite, and having a decent reputation. I encourage each of you to think about how you are presenting yourselves to the world- and realize that you may, at any time, run into  some of these people in your day to day movements. I assure you, you will wish that you had some simple human decency if that happens.

Can anyone explain to me the phenomenon- both with men and woman- that just stop responding in the middle of a conversation without so much as a "ya know what, Not interested". I'm just having a friendly non-sexual conversation and next thing you know, they stop replying. How do you just stop replying after going back and forth for 20 minutes without so much as a word?  Seems overly rude and impolite.  I promise that if I am not interested, I'll tell you.

So I just had a very interesting experience.  Some complete stranger sends me a message saying "... unless you put me in an ... apartment near you." My reply? That i won't support their ass. Get a job and find a place if they want to move.  Seems the offender thinks that "..you put me..." is sending the message "I don't need to be taken care of." I can't imagine how I could take it any differently than I did. Oh, don't let me forget to mention it's thought by him that it is best to not answer rather than express your lack of interest.  We all come in different flavors (flavours for you Canadians) and when you invite a conversation, be prepared for any response you might get. And if you don't like honest reponses, please don't send me a message. I would rather not get a message than have someone try to tell me how I should respond to them.

Let me see if I get this straight, the person who can use full words and sentences and express a thought is a dumb-ass? What does that make the person who sent that message above? Text speak always makes you look smart.
