More than a decade of BDSM chat experience on IRC gives me a keen ninja sensibility for sussing out shady characters and diamonds-in-the-rough online. We *know* there are amazing people out there who are just as sick of spammers, fake HNGs, and twisted losers - but just hang on, because it's all worth it. Maybe 0.1% of the chatters and forum users are old school pre-WWW social misfits and know that social networks have been hot since 1989, not 2009 - look to these people for signposts pointing you where the experienced, honest, interesting, savvy, sexy people are.
