It has been said that communication is a two-way process a sharing information; for the message to be valid we must not only learn how to send our message but also how to receive a response. Acceptance only happens when the message is known and understood clearly by the listener. When a dominate does not communicate his own needs well, then without doubt he will not be able to teach the those under him how to respond to his leadership or accept his authority, and when all is said and done nothing will remain other than doubt and confusion.
Let U/us communicate and together W/we will develop a mutual understanding of the reason W/we seek each other out and then W/we will build together a structure that can be utilized to further our goals.
I command, not because I just say I do, but because I have the knowledge, patience understanding, and strength to be the leader you will come to trust and respect.
