As I am about to embark on my annual holiday travel-fest, I have a few thoughts on the problems of modern air travel. Now, while I enjoy a good grope from a stranger as much as the next guy, I think I have a very practical solution to the whole TSA/Airline security question. Dont want anyone to sneak anything onto the plane.. Everyone flys NUDE.

Thats right, not a stitch of cloth to obscure the mandatory inspection process. Now I know some very enterprising smuggler might find a body cavity to hide something is, but the thats what the rubber glove are for isnt it.. Just an idea.

 The current US administration is about to embark on another "limited" military action...
and once again make a huge mistake, cost the country treasure and
throw the lives of many brave men away.

 I was always taught; if you get in it, win it. Successive American administrations seem
to have no concept of what the US Military does. In the simplest terms,
We blow things up and we kill people.. It’s very simple.

We are not Peace Keepers or Policemen or Tools for Nation Building.

 The military is like a really good hammer. Perfect for certain things

but totally wrong at other times.

 Please forgive my rant but I have just learned that another of my students will be
coming home in a metal box.

A brief word of warning. Even very "minor" surgery in a hospital these days can have negative consequences. I had a minor proceedure done recently and now have a drug resistant staf infection. Ugly scar and a lot of meds to take. I'll be out of action for a while but come roaring back soon.

Service Top. Can someone explain this designation to me? 

I have recently been described this way by a playmate. My assumption is that because I “took care” of the girl in a manner in which she both enjoyed and requested that somehow that equates to providing service. 

I have never thought of it this way, but I can see how that might be considered.

I welcome any feedback on this subject.

Revers, inverted, perverted psychology.

I have noted that people often spend a great deal of time and effort putting out a picture or profile that does not actually reflect them. We all have a tendency to lie about our weight or height or size, etc, etc. So I have taken the inverse proposition. When I send a photo, or profile or such to a prospective partner I try to send the worst one I can find. The one that captures all my flaws in thier most revealing light. Thus, if the prospect accepts you or goes forward with a conversation not because you look hot, but in spirt of it.. then there may be a chance for a relationship.
I think it was attributed to the late Ms Monrow who said " if you cant take me at my worst then you dont deserve me at my best". Something to think about next time you are sitting in a bar waiting for the perfect 10 that you got a picture of to stroll in and a 5 shows up..

I had a dream recently.

I came home one day to find three men in my backyard. It appeared that they had climbed the fence and were now setting up a camp. The drank from my water hose, they washed their cloths in my swimming pool, one of them didn’t feel well so he went into my medicine cabinet and got some of my prescription drugs. Another of the men said he had several children that all needed school books so they could live better  in my back yard and if I would be so kind to give them all that they would work for somebody else cheap. When I asked them what they were doing in my backyard without being invited they told me they were just looking for a better life and perhaps I would just agree to a comprehensive backyard sharing plan including amnesty for their burglary everything would be all right.

I don’t think this is exactly an Aesop fable, but it’s getting closer and closer.

I knew things in the world were getting very “pc”, but I never expected to see an ad for bondage equipment and the flogs used the selling point that they were "environmentally friendly". What’s next? Shall we begin to refer to a slave girls personality as “leadership challenged”?

OMG... there is some horrid poetry on this site...

why is it that someone who could not put together a simple declarative sentence if their life depended upon it feels that they can sum up their innermost feeling in iambic pentameter.

Please people, trying to decode your prose is hard enough. Just say no to poetry…

Regarding finding what you want…

There is an old story about an old philosopher (are there any young philosophers?) sitting beside the road that connected two town. A man comes by and asks the philosopher (whom we will call.. Bob) “ What’s that town up ahead like?? Bob replies.. “Well, what was it like in the town you just came from?.” “Horrible” the man says. “Everyone there was a fake, a fraud, just out for themselves” Well, Bob says,  I’m afraid the next town is just like that too.. The man walks off in a huff.

A while later another man stops Bob and asks him.. “what’s that town up ahead like”.. Well Bob says, what was it like where you just were? …”Great” says the man. “Everyone I met was so cool and nice and just a lot of fun”.. Well Bob says.. The next town along your way is just like that too…  

You see, it’s not your latitude that makes the difference, it’s your attitude.
