Here is my contract for Total Power Exchange. It includes rules, punishments, and the definition of TPE (at least my definition).

Contract Being Entered Between Domme: Cheyenne and slave:__________________________.
This contract will be in effect for a term of __________________. (Usually One Year, Can be Renewed)
Goals: ___________________________________________ (Can be to lose weight, to quit smoking, to give up control to a higher being, to quit drinking, to be smarter about money, etc. These are worked on throughout the course of ownership) The parties shall treat each other with respect at all times, and the parties will never abuse each others trust, or violate their rights as stated within this contract. Mistress' rights:

1. To control and dominate slave
2. To use slaves body any way for any reason as long as it does not violate the LIMITS
3. To use slave in any way for amusement, pleasure, or punishment
4. To discipline slave for breach of obligations
5. To express tenderness and love toward slave
6. To reward slave for good behavior (rewards can include pictures, phone calls, texting, affection, fun tasks, praise, etc.)

Responsibilities of Mistress:
1. To think her actions through with due care
2. To provide a safe nurturing environment for slave
3. To train slave
4. To protect slave's physical and mental health
5. To not isolate slave from society, nor exploit him beyond his LIMITS
6. To maintain her personal health and hygiene to high standards
7. To provide slave with aftercare as needed

slave will make himself available to Mistress during the following times (depends, could be 24/7, could be after 5pm, could be Tuesdays, everyone has a different schedule and a different life). slave must treat mistress with respect and loyalty at all times. slave must never be rude, demeaning, or condescending. In private, slave must address Mistress as "Goddess" at all times without fail. In public, where there isn't enough privacy, slave must address Mistress as "Miss". slave acknowledges that his behavior is a reflection of his Mistress and he should be respectful of that at all times. slave is permitted eye contact unless being punished.

Communication is always open and honest. Both slave and Mistress will be open with one another about their feelings in order to make sure that everyone is pleased and in full understanding.

Responsibilities of slave:
1. slave agrees to submit his will to that of his Mistress
2. slave now belongs to Mistress and is at her mercy
3. slave must obey the terms of this contract
4. slave agrees to wholeheartedly serve and obey his Mistress, and to always keep her happy
5. slave will accept Mistress' training and guidance
6. slave shall inform Mistress of his wrongdoings and accept his punishment
7. slave will obey all orders that do not go against the LIMITS

Total Power Exchange is complete control over slave. This includes but is not limited to Body, Genitals, Sexuality, Masturbation, Mind, Domestic Servitude and Tasks, Clothing and Dress, Grooming and Hygiene, Health and Fitness, Hair Length and Style, Bathing and Washing, Tattoos, Piercings, Body Art, Eating, Sleeping, Tobacco Use, Recreational Drug Use, Alcohol, Medication, Photographs, Videos, Recordings of slave, Work / Job, Finances, Location. slave is forbidden from making decisions in Mistress' areas of control without permission from Mistress. Where slave is permitted a choice, he will try to make the one that will please his Mistress.

slave may refuse a command that is: unlawful, unsafe, causes family tension, causes loss of career, causes psychological trauma, is agreed to be withdrawn by Mistress.

Mistress may/ may not (choose one) transfer this contract to a new Owner. Mistress may / may not loan slave to another Owner. Mistress will / will not have other lovers or slaves. slave will / will not have other lovers.

There are no limits to Mistress' control / There are limits to Mistress' control. (if the second, list all limits here, I have a list personally of around 200 different possible limits that I go over with each slave before they say "no limits". Most people at least have one or two)

Safe Words: Yellow (Caution, may need to stop soon, slow down) and Red (STOP NOW). When using gags, the safe word is three fingers held up. When handcuffed and gagged, the safe word is shaking the head no.

During punishments, Mistress will not break laws, cause permanent physical or psychological injury, or may results in broken bones, bleeding, loss of function, STD's, loss of circulation, or loss of consciousness.

slave will have a collar, chosen by Mistress and worn by slave (the collar can be symbolic in the form of a bracelet, necklace, or ring, or it can be traditional). slave will also be given the name "_______" to be used as a term of affection (for me it's usually pet)

Termination: The parties may terminate without warning at any time for any reason. The parties will discuss the reason for termination and the possibility of renewing in the future. Following termination the parties will maintain a friendship as long as both are on good terms. The parties may renew or re-enter the contract at any time. Upon termination slave regains rights to his own body and being.

Both parties declare that they are:
1. 18 years of age or older
2. Entering this contract of their own free will
3. Are physically and mentally capable of entering this contract.
4. Are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of signing this contract.
5. Will not engage in ANY unlawful acts, consensual or otherwise.
