I am strict Master, quite concerned (properly, I think) with procedure. I am not lenient, which I regard as akin to license. But I believe in a just result, and certainly not in the serial punishment foolishness that some regard as "discipline." I should say that I practice both corporal punishment and humiliation to fit the situation. The ideal woman (for me, of course) will share an unwavering belief in the value of strict and unswerving discipline as the catalyst to a true relationship.
