Yes, my profile pictures is of my (covered) breasts, and yes, they are quite large. I've put them as my profile picture in an effort to prove I am a female, without putting a face picture up. It is not an invitation for you to open a conversation with me by sharing the things you wish to do with them, so please refrain from doing so if you have at least a modicum of self control!
