Don't confuse strict with sadistic, nor caring with weak.
I care for, nurture, and develop my subs, but at the same time I demand a lot from them: obedience, devotion, service.
Not fixated on 24/7, though wouldn't necessarily turn it away, and not keen on online/virtual, but again, who knows. As I see it, the right balance will be there, depending on the sub who serves Me.
Age and looks don't matter - just your submission and willingness to learn and obey.

wow. my first flame. A "slave" on here with very specific demands (and in interesting offer) not only ranted about how dare I make demands and how rude I was to not properly introduce myself, but blocked me before I could answer.
Since she's asking for something form the Dom she "chooses", I think she's got a long wait, with that approach.
Oh well - more real and decent people than not, so I'm stil ahead.
