This is a 9‐step program I developed to address the needs of TG/TS/CD/Sissies to progress from their current sexual state of mind, to evolving and becoming the fully mental, sexual and spiritual person that they wish to be.
 
This is a more comprehensive, self‐improvement path that goes far beyond fantasy, role play and fetishes. It's generally not for the CD who is happy where he or she is and views genderplay as a temporary sexual diversion. It is more geared toward the person for whom living somewhere else on the spectrum between manhood and womanhood is needed ‐ particularly those who imagine themselves as a happy (or happier) person the more they live as a transgendered female.
 
In other words, those for whom transgendered feelings are present most of the time in their mind ‐ more than just a fantasy or temporary sexual diversion. For these individuals, this 9‐step plan starts at the core of the self and becomes, through a process of understanding who they really area, what they really want and accepting this ‐ to being validated by others as the person they really are.
 
Learning to start over as an adult and experience the re‐birth they were really meant to have ‐ and the guidance and coaching that they need during these early and, hence, new developmental stages through re‐parenting, are able to find the place that is authentic for them, transfer those feelings into sexual re‐awakening, moving towards dating, love and commitment, and finally spiritual growth and personal evolution.

The Stage of LOVE:
Evaluation, Assessment and Transformation Plan
 
Understanding who you are ‐ not what others have made you, or what you've become as a defense against the wishes of others, is the foundation for transformation and personal growth.
 
At this stage, you are provided with evaluation tools and I partner with you to help you understand ‐ honestly ‐ what you are and were meant to be.
 
Through this awareness must come personal acceptance. As your coach, I embrace the person you are and provide you with the validation you need to make a truthful and honest journey toward unlearning old, false paths and learning the real you.
 
 
Steps 4 - 6
The Stage of LEARNING:
Assignments, Guidance and Course Corrections
 
From positive self‐regard and validation comes the confidence to re‐invent yourself ‐ to become reborn into the real you. As your guide, I take you through the early stages of your sexual rebirth and help you stay on the course you need to be on to complete your growth.  Facing early developmental injuries and traumas that steered you away from your real path is essential and this stage involves the most coaching, guidance and practice. As you go through the stages of sexual awareness and growth as the person you have become, you need to start at the beginning.
 
As an adult, you will be able to accelerate this process to some extent, but it may be important to revisit and heal wounds that created the "false you" to begin with, so you do not repeat the same responses to external forces and, instead, stay true to yourself. During this stage, you will practice, role play and discuss one‐ on‐one with your coach the details of your inner sexual self.
 
I will assist you in transferring these feelings to a partner with whom you can practice healthy and fulfilling sexual growth with the goal of finding a compatible partner, lover, husband.

The Stage of EVOLUTION:
Arrival, Celebration and Spirituality
