Hi EveryOne, my last entry has been awhile...to update, life is still good. Alot less complicated, and almost joyful. It's nice when the dust finally settles and it feels like all is right in the world...BAM the well pump gets blown by a storm.. And all ya can say is "SHIT"..... So that's what i said...alot....but i believe it will work out, i also believe that the groundhog this Spring will see not see it's shadow, that Santa really does exist, and that Peter Cottontail will be hopping down my bunny trail come hell or high water...so What is your Theme Song today??? mine is ......ummm..let me get back to ya on that... |

It's gettin' hot in here, so take off all your clothes....yepper..i have been spending this summer like Nellie at Padre Island...LOLi can't believe how friggin hot it is, and barely into August.i've pretty much given up on my garden...was supposed to go to Ireland, then Branson this Summer, and i'm sooooooo bummed i can do neither.but all is well....life is good, hope all of Y/you stay nice and comfy cool...big luvs..Cal |

Because of alot of Y/you, i was able to raise 450.00 for the Relay for Life, i'm excited....Y/you who sent me Y/our crafts...(Y/you know who Y/you A/ll are)i can't thank You enough, the Relay was a huge success from the get go. the walking tacos were sooooo good....and so was the rest of the food...big luvs, and kisses...again thank You...Cal |

Howdy E/everyone...hope A/allis doing well...i am...but busy.my first time being Team Captain for the Relay for Life, i love it, it's a challenge that i welcome.and encourage more to do so.i will be walking for A/all of Y/you afflicted with Cancer. i will raise money for Y/you and try to make things alittle easier if i can. i am enjoying what i am doing right now, and if any of Y/you are in my area, Aurora Mo or close by, then please let me know if Y/you would like to be on my team...Team registration is April 10th, and it is $10 to register.thank Y/you so much for the emails i have gotten so fasr about this. ok so i guess Spring has sprung??? is that what i see?? green???i'm shocked, when just 2 weeks ago, no one had ppower, no one literally had no pot to piss in let alone smoke..ok sorry for that...anyway, here we are, we have pulled ourselves out of the muck and such to rise above to buds, and green grass ALREADY, well i sure do belive Mr. Ground Hog...you bet, i bow down to the respective Groundhog, to which our knowledge of when spring would be arriving would solely rely upon dare i say?the Almanac? who says that we are supposed to see yet again another bout of ice and the like. well where do i turn to for solice? must i depend upon Ted Keller???yes i think i must, he got me thru the May 4th tornado, and his voice was the last thing i heard for 5 days, besides my chatterbox of (then)8...and my (then) future ex...who had been fishing and came home to almost nothing...so does this mean back to my weather rant...that we are going to be predisposed to have yet more ice , and yet again more tornadoes??? it's kinna like that old tootsiepop commercial, how many licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop? the world may never know.ok....so how is everyone doing? |

Chain of event F/folks...it the weird things, perfectly normal weird chain of events that make it impossible to go take a leak without missing a most major part of the movie that you needed to know what happened to the guy who did this or that.then led to some horrible something, then you come back from not pausing the durn thing, and you end up saying "shit i missed it"....chain of events that are so horrific, they change your kids lives forever, whether you think it really has or not,.....it just does. case in point: my 2 girls one is 23 the other much younger, 23 yr.old is driving. a man, who had nothing more than steal a camera form Wal-Mart, who was going home with said camera to his wife, who clearly has no judgement on him other than someone who i suppose just resally needed a camera at the time, the man with said stolen camera in his pocket, doesn't look where he is crossing, therefore, losing his life and changing mine and my kids' lives forever, sadly enough, the most wonderful Holiday Halloween, is now changed and more real and dark than any horror movie could be for folks like us. for a family somewhere, their son, husband, brother will not be coming home from a simple trip from Wal-Mart. this year for that family Thanksgiving will be minus a place setting. One less Christmas to pruchase. these are real things that now we will all have to deal with, if nothing else, please say a prayer, for my kids, and for the mans' family, that they don't hurt, as bad as my kids. and that the hand of God be forever on the shoulders of all concerned... think about your surroundings, be aware...and please oh please, be careful...Cal |

i'd like to know when car shopping became a drag. i was looking forward to it, and have been for a few weeks, i just about reach the end of my rope, when all of a sudden "bam" a car, not just any car but a great car, for my budget and for my lifestyle, buyer beware i reckon, but the good news is, the guy i bought the car from, is wanting to fix it for me, now if that ain't America, baseball, and Moms apple pie, i don't know what is...thank God shilvery ( wow i've neveer had to spell that before) is not dead here in SW Mo folks...which leads me to my 3rd favorite saying...."its the simple things folks". 1st being, " falling in love is hard on the knees" and 2nd..."life is good"...WAHOO!!!!!!!! |
