I find it odd that so many people are offended by short one line intro emails. I mean, isn't that what the profile is for? You get an email, you glance at the profile and if it's someone interesteing you answer back. Right? If someone came up to you on the street and gave you a 5 minute speech the first time they met you, what would you think? You'd think they were mental.
One trend I've noticed is that the people who hate short emails tend to be the ones with the least friendly attitudes and the snottiest personalities.
I'm not putting half an hours work into an intro email that has about a 1% chance of ever even being read. Or that is most likely being sent to a fake profile. FORGET IT! |

Moved into the new place finally!!!! Shaw can't hook up my internet phone until april 2nd!! WHAAAAAAAA??? Internet and cable coming sunday though. I suppose I'll survive. People only call me when they want something anyway. :P |
