I do not claim to be the most experience Dom on this or any other site, but the one subbie girlfriend I have had, who has considerably more experience in the lifestyle than I do, has been very happy with our play, and considers me a natural.

I would also eventually want them either to have a headset to use while cam-serving or for them to share their phone number with me, as the need to type back and forth reduces the immediacy of the experience and hinders the process.

Thoughts on Monogamy
Recently, things I have read online have gotten me thinking about monogamy and my views of it. While it is fine for those who are interested in it, assuming it works for them and their partner successfully, I really don't see myself entering into a committed, exclusively monogamous relationship with anyone. I don't absolutely rule it out, because you never know what the future may bring and what changes it may cause in your life and your outlook, but I sincerely doubt I ever will be interested in such a situation. So, if the end goal of your search is to find a single partner with which to enter into a lifelong commitment of absolute monogamy, I am most likely not the One for whom you are looking, regardless of whatever else it is that you seek in a partner.

No more generic messages.
From now on, if I receive a message and it is completely generic, with nothing whatsoever in it to make me think the person writing it is sending it to me (as opposed to me and countless others), I will assume it is from a scammer, a spammer, or a game player. I will immediately block the sender without replying and delete the message. I mean, if someone isn't taking the trouble to write an individual message for me, they aren't truly interested in communicating with me.
