I was watching River on YouTube last night and he said something that really struck me and I thought, "Yes! He gets it!"  Of course, he was talking about Dutchess Kate, not a BDSM queen.  Anyway, what he said was, "Did nobody give him the memo - that you keep your gruby hands of of Royalty, my Dear?  A total faux pas.  This is our (future) Queen, my dear. Not some starlet or harlot." It brought a smile ot my face.  Of course, River seems to have a crush on Big Willie so he was angry on his behalf that another man was poachng on his (Prince Williams) territory, but the sentiment is true, your Queen should be treated with utmost respect.
