1. Every morning send good morning message to Me whether I am available or not.

2. Every night the slave is to bid a goodnight without fail. Same as he does with good morning message.

3. Is to ask permission to do ALL things other than going to work to retain your livelihood. Will ask permission for ALL social events and ALL social gatherings. Will inform Me of any events dealing with maintaining livelihood, such as traveling schedules due to employment assignments and to furnish actual, factual, and real proof.

4. NEVER LIE TO ME! EVER! Instant dismissal.

5. You will check in with Me three times a day during work hours whether I am available to instantly receive it or not. Online, or telephone will be determined at a later date.

6. In My presence your eyes are to remained lowered at all times unless instructed otherwise.

7. After completing tasks you will report to Me immediately. In what form will be determined by Me when tasks are assigned.

8. You will NEVER be late performing a task. EVER. Nor should I have to repeat the task to you. This will result in the punishment of My choice and/or dismissal.

9. You must learn to anticipate My needs, habits, and ways and respond/implement them accordingly.

10. Your only thought will be to bring Me MAXIMUM pleasure in everything you do.

11. You will conduct yourself with humility at all times.

12. You are to be in chastity unless otherwise instructed by Me and only allowed release once or twice a month via the manner of My instruction.

13. You will always walk behind Me and carry all bags, etc. at My request. You are NEVER to speak to anyone in public without My permission to do so.

14. Before address Me you will always use the term "Please Mistress. " Example: Please Mistress may I state that the time is now...

15. You will NEVER do what you want to do. Ever. That privilege is gone.

16. You will furnish Me the passwords to all of your email accounts and other online accounts. ex: fetlife, etc.

BUDGET

1. You will seek a higher paying and more rewarding employment if your present employment does not provide you adequate pay.

2. You will without fail on every Wednesday of the week send a monetary tribute.

3. You will not spend any funds on yourself or anyone else without My prior permission and only with good reason. No will mean no!

4. I will decide how much you are to save monthly in a savings account.

FOOD

1. You are to strive to eat healthier and try to drink 8 ounces of water 8 times a day. Measure out 8 ounces. It really isn't that much. Or you will work your way up to this amount.

2. You will introduce more fruits and vegetables into your system.

3. You will train yourself to eat all meals out of smaller plates and bowls. This will help you to maintain a healthy weight and train you not to over eat. It will not be an overnight process but an obtainable goal.

4. You will only snack on healthy low fat foods. Fruits or high fiber foods which are filling. Low fat ice creams, croutons, things of this nature

5. You will keep a daily diary of your food intake to be monitored by Me at any given time and slip ups are to be expected. Honesty is what is important here.

6. I will make out your weekly or monthly shopping list.

INSTRUCTION

1. You will register as a owned slave via The Slave Registry.

2. You will get a tattoo of the slave register bar code on the body part of My choosing as well as "Owned By Marie Domina." This will be your slave branding process.

3. You will find an online writing venue that will be accessible for the both of us. Online journal of some sort.

4. You will leave Me with all actual contact information. Including real addresses, emails, and work information. I want to be able to reach you at any given moment within reason. I will not interfere with your ability to maintain your livelihood.

Instructions and other things will be added as time goes on. This why it is important that I have access to your writings. So you can check daily to see if there is anything for you to do when I am not available to speak to you directly on a daily basis.

HYGIENE

1. Always be well groomed & Neatly dressed.

2. Regular dental visits and teeth in excellent condition. Whitening if necessary. Halitosis is a definite no no.

3. Must always be clean and omitting no body odor.

4. Always wear a light cologne. Making it a part of your daily shower regimen.

5. Clothing must be casual but stylish. Shoes must be well taken care of and not worn looking.
