BlacksmithOfTime

Hello, I don't know what i am supposed to put her, other than my reasons for joining. I joined here to learn a little more, find someone to talk to about most anything, and to learn more about myself and others.

I am also looking for a sub. My last sub and lover liked to top from the bottom, something that eventually wore thin and caused our split. I have no issues with distance. She did. This isn't really a necessity to me at the moment, but I feel I should be upfront about it.

I have many other hobbies, and have been told that I "know and do too much". I am active in radio, auto repair and restoration, and pretty much anything mechanical. Like my username might suggest, I am a blacksmith, although it has been a while since I have had any work. I am currently working as a electronic repair technician.

Yes, my profile photograph is two years old. I have not changed much; other than loosing a little weight, and have grown my beard a bit thicker for the winter.

Hmm. A journal. Why does the bold text thing keep happening? How do I shut that annoying crap off?

Anyway, can't seem to fix that. Sorry.

Been reading a few of my favorite books over lately, one being Simon Singh's The Code Book: The Science of Secrecy From Ancient Egypt to Quantum Cryptography. It's an excellent read, and very, very clear. None of the overthought mindstumble that you would expect, and all of the background and mathematics you need to keep up.

Another has been Vernor Vinge's A Fire Upon The Deep. It's completely bog standard sci-fi, and hard to follow at times. But this is my third time through it, and I am starting to pick up the details I missed the last time. Good read, if you're into that kind of thing.
