	We are trying to set up a group of Doms and subs for mutual enjoyment. We have suitable premises in Reading and want a number of Doms (or Dommes) to commit to a modest amount each month to cover the rent of the property. For this they would get the use of the property either on their own to play with their own sub, or as a group. Subs are wanted as well, though we have several lined up. Subs would be expected to serve either individual Doms or the group as a whole. A tall order, you say? Perhaps, but if we could get this off the ground it could give us all a unique opportunity to indulge our fantasies either privately or as part of a regular group meeting. The costs would be a lot less than having to pay for hotel rooms on a regular basis, and of course the more Dom/mes we can recruit, the cheaper it would be for individuals. Well - this has certainly generated a lot of interest, but let's be absolutely clear about a few things:

1. This is not a recruiting agency for would-be Doms who haven't got a sub to play with. Get out there and find someone!

2. This will only work if all parties are sane, sensible and LOCAL! And no - I'm not going to help anyone set up a similar scheme in other parts of the country!

The idea was to help local Doms and subs have a place where we could meet and play with total discretion. Some of the Doms who have replied seem to have very much got the idea, and I look forward to developing this idea with them. Others seem to think they can give me a list of demands - the latter group are in for a sad disappointment!
